So this little chalked message sits by my front door. M collected some slate tiles from http://freecycle.org to make beebop a little roof for her outdoor house that he plans on making her. Hopefully, this will be soon, although I think not! M is Mr ants in his pants and is always doing something and has a list of things to do as long as his leg! I love freecycle, we picked up an amazing tent off of there once and have given away our fair share too, its such a good idea.

And by our back door, essential footwear on windy hill! I could just pop with love when I look at those tiny wellies of b’s

This is the cute little gate to b’s garden.. More handy work from lovely other half.. We have an ageing dog and needed a safe dog free garden for b to play in out of harms way or any little parcels that may be left for us to discover! M came up with the b garden and partitioned off a lovely size area to fill with girly windmills, Slides, swings and ladybirds! Lots of ladybirds. Its a bit of an obsession of hers. I am absolutely loving being able to indulge in childhood. Lovelies like windmills and ladybirds! They really brighten up a corner or a failing plantpot!

See, these poor pots are really suffering from the rainy, dismal weather and it doesn’t matter at all because of these beautiful, Colourful beauties.

And they even brighten up the onion patch!

Here are b’s beloved ladybird windsocks. I’m surprised they are still flapping away actually, I’m always having to repair the windmills!

So this is the b garden in its pre rainbow makeover…

And now its covered in rainbow bliss!

And thousands, that is no exaggeration, of froglets!!!!! Teeny tiny little fellas migrating from our natural pond. This migration has been happening for 2 weeks now and is really quite something to see. They all follow the same route, off on their froggy, hoppity journey somewhere. Trying to keep out the way of beady little bird eyes who seem quite taken by the delicacy. Well, that’s a little bit of our great outdoors. It’s been a big project this year, the garden. Let’s look forward to the glorious weather we are going to get following all this rain and hope we can all enjoy our outdoor spaces a little more. Lots of love xxxxxxx
